About Us

Aaron comes from a family with over 50 years of real estate experience, representing buyers, sellers and developers. If you are looking for a new home, Aaron will do all that is needed for you to use your time wisely to locate an ideal property and negotiate the best possible deal. If you are selling your home - perhaps your most valuable asset – Aaron will recommend and implement the most effective strategy for bringing buyers to the table. He thrives in competitive sales environments and relishes the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers of all backgrounds. With a keen eye for real estate, all of the tools for success Vanguard Properties provides, and a drive to do everything possible for his clients, Aaron works hard for all of his clients so they know everything will be done efficiently and accurately the first time.

Aaron is a Bay Area native, born and raised in both San Francisco and Marin County. He has loved everything Bay Area for as long as he can remember. Attending Giants games at Candlestick Park (and now at AT&T Park), watching the Blue Angels on the Marina Green, and sampling the local cuisine in the eclectic neighborhoods San Francisco has to offer are just a few of his favorite past times. He also enjoys skiing in Tahoe, photography, and basketball. Although Aaron loves to travel, the best city in the world is right in his backyard and he can’t imagine living or working anywhere else.

Aaron graduated with honors from St. Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco’s Sunset district before accepting a merit scholarship to attend college at Santa Clara University. Aaron graduated Cum Laude from SCU while receiving his BS in Finance and minor in Operations Management. Upon his graduation Aaron decided to follow his passion for sales, people, and working closely with clients on a daily basis. He joined AT&T as a retail manager and thrived as a sales leader, mentor, and motivator for the entire Bay Area, managing stores from Walnut Creek to the financial district in San Francisco.

Throughout his time with AT&T he was consistently ranked in the Top 10 in Northern California for sales achievement and goal attainment while breaking records in nearly every metric at multiple locations. Despite this, Aaron wanted to take his career to the next level.

Utilizing his love of sales, background in Finance, and desire to be the best in real estate, he has teamed up with his brother Michael to join the ranks of some of the city’s finest real estate professionals at Vanguard Properties.

As a third generation Real Estate Agent, Michael makes it his goal to provide a level of expertise, professionalism and consistency in all of his transactions. He works around the clock to ensure that every client receives the personal attention and dedication needed to ensure efficient and successful deals with a high level of integrity. Michael offers clients an unparalleled level of service, communication and commitment whether they are experienced or first time home buyers and sellers. And at the end of the day, finding the perfect home for each individual or family is Michael’s first and foremost priority.

At a young age, Michael became passionate about Real Estate after traveling on weekly Tuesday Tours and Sunday Open Houses with his father. As a San Francisco native, he knew that the city by the bay would be the ultimate destination point to embark on his Real Estate career. Growing up in San Francisco and Marin County, Michael brings knowledge, expertise, and an unbridled passion for both sides of the bay. Whether it is eating at a cafe in Sausalito overlooking the skyline, attending a Giants game at AT&T Park, or taking a walk through Golden Gate Park, you will never meet anyone who is more enthusiastic about all things Bay Area.

After graduating with honors from St. Ignatius College Preparatory in the Sunset District of San Francisco, Michael accepted an academic scholarship and attended the University of Southern California (USC). Michael excelled at Business Marketing and Communication, graduating Magna Cum Laude in the top 10 percent of his class while holding multiple leadership positions in academic student organizations.

Michael accepted a job at the Target Corporation at the West Coast headquarters in Pasadena, CA and became one of the youngest executive managers. Utilizing leadership and management skills, Michael lead a team of over 300 team members in consistently exceeding sales goals while inspiring exceptional performance by training, developing, and promoting several members of his team into leadership positions. Michael not only delivered record sales, but achieved these results while meeting budget and payroll controls. Although he knew that the Target Corporation was only a temporary destination before entering into the Real Estate field, his experiences provided him with the consummate meaning of what it takes to work hard and put in the long hours necessary for success.

Michael left the corporate world deciding it was time to pursue his dreams of starting in the real estate industry and creating a collaborative team with his brother, Aaron. Bellings Brothers Real Estate is a passionate, knowledgeable team that always puts their clients’ interests first and strives to provide a smooth and stress-free experience for every client. The team has an unmatched enthusiasm and work ethic and is ready to work for you.
